Please you us about some of your most enjoyable moments of the trip?

My favorite memory of my trip was when my host family brought me to a small village outside of town. We climbed a mountain before dawn in order to watch the sunrise. It was truly spectacular to see the sun rise over the rugged terrain.

Which were the highlights of the lessons, cultural excursions and outdoor activities?

My favorite memory of my trip was when my host family brought me to a small village outside of town. We climbed a mountain before dawn in order to watch the sunrise. It was truly spectacular to see the sun rise over the rugged terrain.

How would you say the overall experience has benefited you?

I think the experience made me a much more worldly person and truly opened me up to traveling more places. The idea of going to China by myself was initially daunting, but now I don't feel intimidated by traveling to far away places on my own.

What was the best thing about your experience in China?

The best thing was the relationships I made with the people there. I am excited to stay in touch with them and hope to travel back and visit again.

Would you recommend participating to a friend and if so why?

Yes I would. Traveling to China and spending such a meaningful amount of time there was one of the best experiences of my life. I felt that I grew as a person and learned a great deal. I think many of my friends would enjoy and benefit from participating.
