Billion Talents Wenzhou and Foshan
This was a summer camp residential programme. The teacher took part in a broad range of TEFL-focused leadership activities. These included planning and leading outdoor activities, setting up cultural exchange events and generally devising clever ways for the students to develop their English language skills while doing something fun. There was a mixture of traditional classroom English teaching more creative co-curricular activities. The programme included training on TEFL theory and the teacher was required to demonstrate their knowledge in TEFL theory in online exercises at the end of their programme.
