Lan International Scouting Camp, Qingdao
This was a summer camp residential programme. The teacher took part in a broad range of TEFL focussed leadership activities. These included planning and leading outdoors activities, setting up cultural exchange events and generally devising clever ways for the students to activate their English while doing something fun. There was a balance between traditional in-class English teaching more creative co-curricular activities.
