This was an English summer training programme that took place at a school in China that caters to various levels and age-groups. The teacher took part in a broad range of TEFL focussed leadership and teaching activities. These included planning and leading English lessons, setting up cultural exchange events and generally devising creative and engaging ways for the students to activate their English while doing something fun. There was a balance between traditional in-class English teaching and more creative co-curricular activities.
