I would recommend this program because I met some of the most amazing people through it. Also, I am very proud of myself for having actually taught in a foreign country. I can’t think of another program in which this is possible to do while having so much fun.

My top highlight is making all of the friends I made at the camp. My fellow Gotoco-ers were all amazing, kind people, and I hope to be friends with a lot of them in the long run. Also, seeing the smiles and laughs of the kids I taught was a wonderful feeling.

The biggest benefit has been confidence. I am usually not good with public speaking, but standing at the front of a classroom, teaching young kids, is a great way to overcome this shyness.
